Built in 1710 during William Penn's lifetime and operated as a bar since 1750, 625 Old Bethlehem Road in Quakertown boasts three beds and three baths across 4,600 square feet, its owners write.

The building features a wraparound bar, exposed stone walls, hardwood floors, deep-set windows, antique stone fireplaces, and residential quarters upstairs, realtors say.

The site has operated as the Raven's Nest for over 30 years, according to one listing, and as a turnkey operation, will be ready to go for protective buyers, they added.

Also included with the parcel is the lot next door, which features an 80-car parking lot and an adjoining field, the listing says.
